On two seperate occasions, I woke up to do WBTB and was hungry. So I went downstairs to my kitchen to get something, and, wanting something quick and easy that wouldn't make any noise to wake anyone up, I just grabbed a banana.
It wasn't until just recently that I realized that on both nights, I had had a lucid dream after doing so. So I decided to try it again, and, what do you know?! I had an LD!! I guess this is because bananas have a lot of B6 in them.
This is a good alternative to a supplement for me because I'm just a kid in high school with parents that have no respect or understanding for lucid dreaming and no drivers license, therefore no means of obtaining a supplement. I'm not sure if it might just be a coincidence because I've only done it 3 times, but still. I'm glad I found something that might actually work for me!
