      wild numbness?

Is it a good thing? after laying in the same position for a while I feel my finger become all tingly - it's not annoying at all, just curious on it's affect FTW (for the WILD ).

That is a good sign. Before you can even start the transition you should feel vibrations, itchyness, numbness, etc. I'm not an expert, but I hope that helps .

also, before SP a lot of people feel an extreme urge to move, which is your mind testing to see wether your body has shut down for the night. (SP.)
I need my sleep. I need about eight hours a day, and about ten at night.

Really? I think I've had that before... I feel like I really wanna flex my back. Should I try harder not to move when that happens?
