      What has happened?

      Hi there.

I have a huge problem, or at least it feels like it.

I haven't had a single lucid dream since I registered here, I'm dead serious...

I've had some before... maybe 3-4...

The last one lasted for maybe 5 seconds, I have these dreams some times where Im just layin in my bed, and trying to sleep and suddenly falls in to a lucid dream, but I always get SOOOO excited and cant control the feeling, that I wake up, and after that I can stay up for 1-2 hours before falling to sleep again

But I reaaaaaaaaaally want to have them regularly, and some people might post some URL's to different guides etc, but RC's doesn't work for me.

I just want to know how to INCREASE the amounts of my lucid dreams and how to gain more control of the feeling in the dream.

If you read this and think "oh no, not one of them again, why cant they read the faq etc etc... PLEASE... believe me.... I have tried... I hope someone could give me some answers, I am a veeeeeery grateful person and you will not regret helping me one second

      Best regards,
      core

Some people take years before they have regular LD's. Be patient, and keep practising.
Success comes to those who are not afraid of failing.

Dream Yoga describes how you can practise Lucid Dreaming... or you can practise WILDing, you can practise your discipline, so you do enough Reality Checks, and so that you write down your dreams each morning or each time you wake up

unfortunately, you'll have to just keep tryin' until you can LD regularly. apart from natural LDers, (curse them) you have to jus keep on truckin' until you get the hang of it.
I need my sleep. I need about eight hours a day, and about ten at night.

You're likely to stifle your chances even more if you beat yourself up over it. Stress and anxiety over LDing generally leads to a difficult time obtaining lucidity. Expect it to happen, not to NOT happen. I know, easier said than done, right?

You already know you can do it because you have before. So let yourself get comfortable with the notion that it will happen any time now and you just might surprise yourself.
