      Trouble Wilding

      For the past week I have attempted to WILD every morning but every time I'm about to enter SP my heart starts to race and stops everything. I always attempt at least twice before I finally have to get up. It seems to be impossible for me to prevent my heart from racing. I try to keep my mind away from the WILD but the second I feel that wave come over me my damn heart just goes f*** nuts. Any suggestions? Thanks

      Yep, that used to happen to me. Every time something would set in I would get excited :/...after a little bit it goes away and you get used to it.

      Also try to wake up multiple times during the night, sometimes this happens to me and i fall right into SP.
