      Question Help with wild

when I try to wild after 5 hours of sleep I'm not sure if I'm getting anywhere I feel numb and a bit heavy, but from there on it stays the same and I don't really see any images or anything except a few very dim light flashes. I want to know am I even close at all to half sp full sp or not even close.

What happens after you see the dim lights, do you fall asleep?

I'm not very experienced with WILDing, but there are a couple of really great tutorials on the subject here. Have you read through any of them?

read some of the guides here they helped me ALOT to attain my first WILD

i noticed before i had looked over the guides i was just simply doing the "what not to do"

Mind Racing? ---> Try one of the relaxation guides

Internal Dialogue? ---> Theres a guide on that!

      Setting the mood/atmosphere? --- Theres a guide!

just about everything i did wrong and when i saw these guides and learned to do it right it worked!
