Strange feeling of dense/rolling brain during WILD...?

Hey, I joined a few days ago after lurking for a while. I had my first LD 2 years ago (DILD) where my control seemed perfect until I realized whatever I thought of would show up and I materialized the badguy from Fear of the Dark. Been trying to have another and reading all about them for two years, had another DILD a couple of nights ago that I promptly woke up from because of my excitement (forgot I had to rub my hands and just stared at them instead... I had "30sec" lucid about my pinky fingernail, ugh)

At night I try WILDing but I honestly have a lot of trouble falling asleep, and relaxing. The sound of my own breathing and heartbeat always keep me wide awake. Well last night I made myself a nice relaxing playlist on my ipod, including the LD track from I-Doser. Never used it before, and I don't think it was so much the success of the track as the relaxing effect of the white noise. About 1/4 through my legs and arms had no feeling whatsoever. About 1/2 way through I felt as though the front of my brain was becoming increasingly heavy and rolling forward in my head like a wheel. I knew that if I just "followed" it forward that I would be inside of a dream, I wasn't actually asleep though. I guess I was literally on the brink of sleep! I got so excited though that my heart started pounding and I woke right up again Have you ever felt that heavy/rolling brain feeling? I guess everyone has different experiences when it comes to LDing but I didn't even feel SP, which I have experienced plenty of times before!

I have weird feelings like that too, even before SP.

I guess my closest one to yours would be the feeling I got once where it felt like my head was enormous and my body was the size of an ant. it was a really bizarre feeling.

Haha that sounds so strange! Well I'm glad someone else has experienced the rolling-brain sensation. It was almost weirder than just having a LD!

I just hope i don't have to wait another 2 years for the next one... I keep telling myself that's not the case! So it shouldn't be
