I have reached a new level of my WILDing

So last night I went to bed, listened to some calming Marvin Gaye for about 25 minutes, became pretty numb, then took my MP3 player out and had to move to put it on my nightstand, but I regained numbness pretty quickly after anyway.

Then I felt like a pressure on my legs, and felt is extremely slowly crawling up to my torso.

Then I felt very strong vibrations in my arms and upper body, and I don't remember much of it at all, but I remember saying oh man, these must be the vibrations people talk about!

So I try focusing on counting, and eventually fail and fall asleep.

But that was the first time I actually even got to the vibrations, so I'm happy.

Yeah, I previously, like in the past month, have only been getting numbness,

Now just like that, I got to vibrations, and they actually happened much more abruptly than I expected.

I used to be like you. But now I moved on to the exploding head syndrome, which is kind of entertaining after you know what is happening, the first time might be scary tough.

Its an extremely loud noise, and its like the world has come to an end. your head feels like its going to pop, literally; hence the name.

I never got full blown SP, where I cant move even if i wanted to. Ive gotten to SP where if i put the effort into moving, i still could.

Theres a difference between the humming of SP, and Exploding Head Syndrome.

      Google it.

Heh, I still sometimes wuss out and wake myself up when the Exploding Head Syndrome gets too intense. I sometimes feel like I might be having a stroke or epileptic fit or something (I don't have epilepsy though).

      So I wake myself up.

But good job on getting the vibrations Jim224, keep at it and you'll get it pretty consistently.

      Congrats on the vibrations.
I don't get all the cool freaky sensations associated with SP so if you can, have a vibration or two for me.

LOL, now see how much you like vibrations after having them and not being able to get any farther for the next 2 months.
In dreams of unspeakable joy—of restored friendships; of revived embraces; of love which said it had never died; of faces that had vanished long ago, yet said with smiling lips that they knew nothing of the grave; of pardons implored, and granted with such bursting floods of love, that I was almost glad I had sinned—thus I passed through this wondrous twilight. —George MacDonald
