Thread: Tried WILDing Last Night...

Last night was the first out of ten nights that I was able to get to the relaxation stage of WILD... During the other attempts, either my alarm clock didn't work or I fell asleep right after I woke up... When I woke up this time, I sat up and clapped my hands... Then I got out of bed, did a push up and went to the bathroom... When I got back into bed I got into a comfortable position... While I was relaxing, I started to feel like I was riding on a sideways roller coaster... What I mean is, it felt like i was rocking to left side... Although this was happening, I still didn't have any HI... Did I get anything accomplished last night???
