What should I do in this situation?

I'm still trying to Wild, but can't go on at the important point. I have no problem with getting SP and vibrations, but at that point the SP just gets stronger until my body is 100% numb and I wait for something to happen. It seems totally impossible to sleep and dream in this state.

Today I woke up after 5 hours of sleep and lied in my bed for 2 1/2 hours and the same thing happened. Now I'm really tired because I couldn't continue sleeping so I might try a Wild again now, so if someone knows what to do...

      This is how I wild:

      1. Go to bed and calm down, breeth slowly
      2. Try to relax my body
      3. Stop to move after finding the right position
      4. Try to sleep and concentrate on one simple word or image
      5. After 20/30 minutes SP starts
      6. After 40 minutes my body is heavy and hard to move
      7. Now and then I feel like the room is spinning(vibrations?)
      8. If I'm really tired some dream images will appear <- if I try to wild before
      I slept at all.
      9. Nothing happens, I wait for some kind of next stage, but have to stop
      after an extra hour

      Sry for my english

Right, when you concentrate on one word or image, try the following in your mind: Whilst going down a set of stairs, count. For example, you go down one step and go "One, I'm dreaming", and then go down the second step and go "Two, I'm dreaming" and carry on the number line. To make you more relaxed during the process, breath in and out during the rytham. Like this: "One, *Breath in* I'm dreaming", "Two, *Breath out* I'm dreaming".

This is what I was told, it should help. And the method is official and is used in nearly all the W.I.L.D. tutorials. But keep in mind, the W.I.L.D. is very hard to do unless you truly believe you can do it and/or you're very experienced and know fully what you're doing.

      Hope I've helped.

Thx for your answer! I know this technic and used it a few month ago... I counted all stairs of building that had a few thousend... up and down It helped a little bit, but in the end I was to awake, because I had to count and see myself going down the stairs. It's like my body won't let me go to sleep until I stop to wild...

Don't worry, I know how you feel. Your body can't sleep whilst trying the W.I.L.D? Don't worry. I think that's normal, just keep practicing, always have hope in mind.

For what you're doing, you will soon succeed the W.I.L.D.

How's your dream recall and sleeping pattern? Both of those, if unstable, could effect your attempts to WILD.

For me, repeating phrases does not work at all. It seems to keep me a little to aware which I didn't realize unitl i had my first WILD. What I realized in my first WILD was that you do actually have to fall asleep and in order to do this you have to be very relaxed.

The first time I was successful I basically just tried to let myself fall asleep while attaining some form of awareness. The hardest part for me is actually slipping into the dream. Many times this feels like I have stopped breathing or that my heart is racing and I end up freaking out and waking up.

My dream recall depends on my sleep time and if I want to remember. Today I could remember 2 dreams, the first one wasn't that clear, but the second one was so good, that I could remember what I thought at a special moment of the dream and what happend. I also could remember how I looked at a canvas and thought something about the picture that one of the DCs was drawing. I even thought at one moment, that this doesn't seem very realistic and might be a dream.

Lukin, how can you keep your awareness without thinking?
