      2 typs of sleep parlaysis?

I have had sleep paralysis quite a few times and i have noticed there are two distinct types of sleep paralsysis. One is more common then the other.

I have the sleep paralysis where i can't move my body at all except sometimes i can move an arm or a leg slightly and the other(rarer) type which i dont like is where i have no feeling at all in my body, well the only part of my body where i have feeling is in my head but the rest of my body feels numb like with the other type of SP i can feel my body and i can even twitch it but in this type of sleep paralysis i can barely feel my body at all it just feels numb, the numb feeling is almost painful and sometims i feel like im going to choke on my own spit because of it and i only have feeling really in my head its like my mind is trapped in my head sort of if you get my drift.

Has anyone had experence with this type of slep paralysis im describing and what makes it occur in the first place?
