I have had sleep paralysis quite a few times and i have noticed there are two distinct types of sleep paralsysis. One is more common then the other. |

All my vibrations have felt the same so far, the vibrating/rolling feeling. I have been getting a calm before these lately though. 1-3 seconds before the vibrating I feel nothing and hear nothing, and I know it's about to happen. |

Totally agree. I had the same type of numbness. I felt like a cold stone. The longer I lowered my brainwaves the more uncomfortably I would feel numbed by 1 of the paralysis altogther 2. |

You know how your arm or leg feels when it goes to sleep and starts getting circulation back? Feels like millions of tiny needles poking you? Yeah that how my whole body feels but not as intense and of course I cant move but I hallucinate that I am. I think I am half way out of bed only to realize I haven't moved a muscle. Fun but disconcerting to say the least. Thats why I stopped fighting it. |
