You mentioned you have come up with a system for producing understanding and awareness -- have you been using this system for some time, or is it new and you intend to try it? What kind of results have you gotten so far, if any?

What activities during the day do you engage in to produce understanding and awareness? #2 (concentration on breath and sense of self) is pretty self-explanatory, but how often do you do this? For long stretches of time, or just occasionally throughout the day? Is this serious, heavy reflection, or just a momentary recognition of where you are and what you are doing?
