The reflection its self should be a rather heavy reflection on what you are doing and feel like while you concentrate on your breath also i usualy take a really good look around at the same time.
Thanks for the reply austin, I will give this a try. Sounds like you were already having pretty frequent LDs (certainly more frequent than me!), I'll hope I can increase my awareness and LD frequency with this.
