      Tourettes, ADHD, OCD, OMG!

      Hi, I have Tourettes, ADHD, and OCD, Which (I assume) will make it extremely hard to attain lucidity. Plus the fact that I am anxious about going to high school soon doesn't help! Does anyone have any ideas as to what i should do for a first try? I have meletonin, will that help? (And when was meletonin made illegal in canada? I got some prescribed in '06)

      well the great thing about lucid dreaming is that it is like 70% expectations. anyone can lucid dream. you shouldn't expect it will be extremely difficult for you. the thing is it WILL be extremely difficult if you think it is going to be. its kind of like a self-fulfilling prophesy. if your interested in lucid dreaming, go for it. Dream Views is a great resource to help you with that last 30%. so if you have any questions, fire away.
