3 MILDs, one night, just not long enough

*this is just my dream** last night i woke up after about 6 hours of sleep. i didnt move, open my eyes or anything. then i started to think of a dream scene. i quickly came up with something that would be fun and was also rather tactile. i decided i would go snowboarding, so within seconds a rather vivid dream scene of me at the top of a mountain strapping on my bindings. i remember rubbing my hands around the clip and and strap just to feel the "tactilation". i even remember rubbing my hands together on the way down the hill to keep the vividness. i started going down the hill and thought i should fly! so i started lifting off the ground very carefully. just peeling off the snow, thats when i woke up.

after this dream was up, i went right into another one. i wont go into details cause there not as exciting. anyways, i ended up having 3 MILD's (i think they're MILDs anyway).

*this is my problem** see i think that i wasnt asleep enough. i wasnt overly excited in my dreams or anything, i just stayed 'cool'. but for some reason i just lost the dream. like i said, i even rubbed my hands together, yet still woke.

any suggestions on how to improve the longevity of my dreams? or what i did wrong here? thanks --LB

Rubbing your hands and spinning helps a lot.
