The basic one is just practice, with a technique like that, just practice. You know what you have to do, correct? Well, when you're tried, practice not moving when you wake up. Then when you can wake up without moving, you can try practicing your imagination and concentration, and then finally relaxation. Relaxation is the key to all methods, remember that. And when you can fully relax whilst mentally imaging your dream avoiding the horrible failure of moving, you've basically got it right there. Also, at a guess, I think naturally waking up ealier than usual would help too, but I don't know if you could manipulate that.

It's a very difficult thing to master, I've had very few of them and I consider myself good at them Just keep trying, that's the only thing that I can say. It is possible to go back into a dream even after moving, but it's less likely. If you move your eyes alone, even if you open them and close them again, just stay still. Be aware that you will most likely have a false awakening after DEILDing though.
