McLoone, I usually do reverse blinking before I attempt to enter SP. It deeply relaxes your body beforehand, while still keeping your mind active. That might be just the extra boost you need.

While we're on the topic though...I've only entered SP a few times. I'm like McLoone, I usually just get really relaxed and my extremities are numbed. The last couple of nights, however, my body feels like it's about to go into SP and then I just get incredibly uncomfortable. I don't really know how to explain it. It doesn't hurt - it feels more like I just have to move, stretch, or do something or I will just go insane.

Does anybody know what I'm talking about? Any tips?
