      Alarm clocks for lucidity

I've noticed that when trying to get up using an alarm clock in the mornings is a good way to gain lucidity. We've all been in that perfect dream, only to be suddenly woken up by the buzzing of an alarm clock. Then ofcourse this is when the sleep button comes in handy, for an extra 10 minutes or so of sleep. I've noticed alot when turning the alarm clock off right away, using the sleep button, i can re-enter a dream every quickly. My alarm goes off every 6 minutes if i hit sleep, and I'll be in a dream long before it goes off. So its basicly the same thing as WBTB but faster, and mabye not as effective, but not as much time is needed. Give it a try and see what happens.

This is basiclay what you do in mild but withought the mnemonics. You might find if you use MILD you will get better results.

i have a friend who does that everytime he wakes up, surprisingly he reports several long, involved dreams from the short periods of time he has between rings. is definitely good for remembering a few dreams in short periods of time, but i don't know about lds. seems like you'd be very groggy and unaware in those dreams.

you are perfectly aware in those "snooze/sleep" dreams.
Only problem is that they are pretty short...
