recently i have been doing them many times (i would say at least 20X daily). i look at my hands nd ask myself "am i dreaming?" then do the time reality check and try to turn the walls blue. i havent had a lucid dream yet though....this is pretty much the only method i use to try and LD. i pretty much keep a mental dream journal, i used to write it down but not anymore. if i keep thinking about m dream enough ican remember it but what else would u suggest i do? |

I haven't seen two tutorials or opinions on this that are even close to agreeing on a number... I think it's really what suits you, some people will need to do a lot of them, dome people will need to do less. Experiment, but keep in mind that even if you're doing an adequate amount of reality checks daily it'll take up to a few weeks for any effects to appear - so be patient when your trying this out. |

ok so ill start doing a dream journal again...but what technique do you guys suggest i start out with in order to achieve a WILD? all i have been doing is laying on my back and feeling my body go numb as i occasionally twitch my muscles and think "am i dreaming?" |
