Yeah, I agree with ya.. the idea is to not stress and not let a sense of failure consume you. I had my first LD when I stopped trying as well (first since joining DV I mean). |

My first ones came with no thoguht about it thats for sure. But anohter method, totally opposite, is to try really hard. But usually right when you stop stressing, they come. |

I found combining techniques works well too. I used MILD+RC by thinking "Gumby is LDing, Gumby has self control" (see naming subconscious thread} repeatedly and imaged the finger through hand RC technique in my mind before and during going to sleep. |

hey dreamers.. yeh, i agree Damascus.. im only new but last night i went to bed normally not trying and a had more vivid dreams and i could recall 3 when i woke up....and it was nearly a LD i think |

I also notice that if I have any excessive expectation or stress regarding my LD's, then they tend to stop happening |
