      wow, RCing finally worked

So, I took a nap today, after just being awake for two hours, and I remembered to RC three times in my dream! The first two times...silly me did the nose check and I could only breathe a little bit. So I thought, "gee, must be real life, I can barely breathe". Not realizing that you cant breathe at all when your nose is plugged. The third time, I could breathe just fine, so I was excited. For some reason, the first thing I could think of to try was make claws come out between my knuckles like Wolverine. I focused on my fist, and I saw gray start to appear under the skin. For some reason I started to get scared, and one of the DCs then came up to talk to me...so I just fell back in to the dream. Heh, quite an encouraging step forward for me, after quite a long dry spell! What can I do to not get this anxious feeling that makes me just fall back in to the dream?

      that sounds cool.
getting excited can ruin your dream so just calm yourself whenever you get a little anxious.
sometimes RCs dont work, so try and think of what you've done in the past couple hours and usually you'll be like, oh, i took a nap, i must be dreaming or you can't remmeber anything, which signals it also.

hmm, I will have to try the remembering thing. I am really bad at that in dreams. So, I guess yes I should take not remembering anything as a sign Im dreaming. Thank you for your input
