Interesting, I'm going to try this. I dont think I would be able to fall asleep with a bright light on, but do you think a dim night light would work well enough?

The light I use is one of those coiled energy saving lights, i got the yellow bulb that says its invisible to bugs cuz it is much dimmer than the average light. So its not very bright, i fall asleep easy. I think this method works because it makes me sleep deeper during the last few hours of sleep, even when I become lucid the dream reminds me of ones I have during the first part of the night, even though I know it is morning, the dream itself just feels really stable and deep, instead of speedy and fleeting like it often does in the morning when I am sleeping too lightly. So I think this method only works if you sleep too lightly in the morning and your dreams tend too be fleeting and hard to stabilize . I think many people have the opposite problem though and sleep too deep in the morning, so maybe a reverse of this method would work better in that case, instead try to turn the light on when you do wbtb?
