Just wanna thank you again for your contributions, been a lot. I really want to start to incorporate LD'ing, eventually getting to the point where I can meditate in LD's.
I'm 19 now, but back when I was younger, I often had LD's(seems like when I was younger, everything was more in tune and tapped in, things like these appeared to come easier). There wasn't any method to the madness though, just random LD's I think. But I know its entirely possible, and I tend to learn and pickup things of the spirtual world pretty quick.
How do you recommend I go about doing this? I would imagine a dream journal and recall would be first. I've read all your blogs and your technique on WILD'ing, but after you get past talking about getting fully relaxed to talking about the sleep paralysis stage, you lost me. What you've described up to that point is pretty much what I go through when I start to meditate. I think that's where I'm having a problem. Its the difference in a)Moving from the being awake and aware in deep meditation to b) actually falling asleep consciously and entering the dream world to LD. I really can't grasp this as I've never experienced consciously falling asleep and up until now, like I've said, I've been awake while meditating, not trying to cross over into sleep.
Look forward to your replies, and as always, thanks for your time.
