Everytime I do the WBTB method, I get up sleepy, and can easily fall asleep, it feels good. I wake up, go to sleep, wake up, go to sleep. All the way till noon even when it's too late, I feel like I can sleep forever.

I think the WBTB dings up your sleep a bit. The sleep I'm talking about is the sleep after waking up for 60-90 min.

PS: I get dreams each interval of sleep...Pretty long, and vivid...Easy to recall....But man...I can never be lucid...I guess I don't do RCs enough...but my dreams are like movies...I just go with the flow...I'm following mah dream script...Hopefully with time I can tell mah self I'm dreaming.

Well, all in all when you get up after WBTB, ure still sleepy.

I'm gonna use today as an example (it happends every time...i'm still tired when i get up....and usually I don't stay up 2 hours):

Slept at 1:30am
Woke up at 6:40am
Went back to sleep like at 8:40am
Dream: woke up at 10?am
Dream: woke up at 11?am
Dream (I'm not even sure): woke up at 12:40 pm.!!!

And I felt like I can sleep for another 1-2 hour intreval....It feels good but.

Do I get enough sleep when I do it, because I slept alot...and felt all sleepy when I woke up (initial time)
