Auto suggestion works wonders for me. All I do before I sleep is tell myself that I will remember my dreams when I wake up. Or I will tell myself that I will wake after a dream. Another thing to help is to try to wake gradually. Don't just jolt out of bed right away, but wake with your eyes closed and focus on that dream feeling. I also find as I am writing my dreams down, I remember more. I hope that helps. |
