Last night I decided to try to WILD. I tried it before sleep which I think is a mistake and I am not going to do it again, because it wasted a lot of time and I wasn't in the right stage of sleep when I got up again (2 hours later -_-).

But I am getting closer to being able to do it. I counted to 100 about 5 or 6 times. And I was at a point where I felt myself going into a semi dream state. I felt the tingly warm vibrations, and as I was counting I felt my body lift out on every number, and then when I said "I'm dreaming," I fell slowly back into myself. It was a really neat feeling and I was excited that it was going to start working but I got too concentrated on keeping the feeling and I lost it.

What other sensations have you guys felt at that state? And what technique do you think works best? The constant counting one or the regular concentration one where you daydream and stuff?
