      Question DEILD awakenings?

I've been trying ot DEILD lately, with limited success.

My one key question is how do you train yourself to wake up at the appropriate times. In addition, how do you train yourself not to move when you wake up?

I look forward to hearing some good ideas.

I DEILD once but it's hard to keep still. I usually wake up when I'm laying in an uncomfertable position. I usually move into a better position and then also make the mistake to open my eyes as well xD

If you do all this wrong you could try a WILD though so it's not that bad.

The thing I've tried that seems to work the best is autosuggestion when it comes to not moving. It's worked for me the last couple of times I've tried a DEILD, and that's probably the main technique you'll hear when it comes to DEILD.

Now, as for the training youself to wake up at the appropriate times...well, this is all I can really tell you; You wake up after every dream you have during the night, even though you don't remember doing so. So in order for a DEILD to succed, you'll probably have to have to strengthen your recall, if you haven't already done so. Also, I think it's better to perform a DEILD in the morning. Last time I checked, the chance of having longer, more vivid dreams is increased during the morning hours.

      Hope this helped.

      I didn't think of that.

Is it not a problem that I will not be tired enough in the morning? But, thanks for the other stuff you said, it will try it.
