I agree with CCHawk finding the combo that works best for you is what its all about. Its worth remembering that all the time people here are refining techniques and giving advice, take what works for you and its only a matter of time before you can be lucid any time you want.

Currently im using MILD with Named Subconsious and RC's. Im going to start trying out WBTB soon though.
