      WILD questions! Help D:

While I attempt a WILD, my body will usually vibrate(or feels like) violently. Its a terrible feeling, with the combined "heaviness" feeling of your limbs that doesn't make you feel like moving ...

I tried to tolerate this vibrations but after a while I can't take it anymore no matter how much I keep telling myself to tolerate it, any tips?

I don't get any hypnogogic imagery or visual sensations while attemping a WILD, even after resting for a long period of time, any reasons?

Is WILD only doable during afternoon naps and after 4-5 hours of sleep? Or can you do it when you feel like doing it?

      Thanks

Today I had my first SP. Two days ago I was scared of SP, but not anymore . ĦIt feels awesome!. At first, the wave of energy and my paralyzed body scared me, but then I adopted a curious attitude.
Why do you say it's a terrible feeling? I wasn't thinking "Ok, I need to tolerate this shit in order to have a lucid dream"; instead I said "wow! the famous SP! Now, relax man, don't be cowardly and enjoy whatever it comes". Sadly, it didn't come a lucid dream. I tried to visualize myself in my garden, but after thirty seconds or maybe one minute, the SP stopped. I'll keep experimenting.

Anyway, I hope it helps you a little.

One thing i don't get is, how do you know you're fully paralyzed. Like if i feel like im in sp, i sometimes move and i can, so that proves that im not in sp. So even if i felt a shift or something, and i tried to "roll out of my body", i would just roll in real life.

Am i thinking that sp is coming too early or something?

I just tried to move my arm, and I couldn't. I don't know how can you doubt if you are in SP or not. For me it was obvious something strange was happening. Anyway, it was my first SP, someone my with more experience could help you.
