When SP happens for the first time you will most likley want it to stop. Its really good fun but can be quite scary the first time. |

Never take life seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway.

Yeah, Dizko explains amore WILDish method. For me, SP is very fun and exiting (but controlled exitement since I'll just come out of it if I get too exited). I get a lot of audio. Random scene's from the previous day, and then I'm suddeny pulled into a dream. |

Willing to talk about/listen to anything you have to say.
not everyone experiences SP. |

When I'm in SP my breath sounds like an air coditioner with a deep rumbling sound. Right before SP happens I feel dread and a falling feeling. |

SP is wonderful as long as you dont fight it. |

i love SP, i can feel my body all numb and it's like i could move my body if i wanted, but really let sleeping dogs lay. There is no need to worry. |

“Dream what you want to dream; go where you want to go; be what you want to be, because you have only one life and one chance to do all the things you want to do.”
The first time I experienced SP, I was attempting the DEILD method. I had just woke up straight from a lucid dream and didn't move at all. But silly me totally forgot about SP so I wasn't ready for it and never expected it to be so intense. I suddenly heard a screeching noise and then it turned into a loud humming with a subtle beat to it (I describe it to people as "WOMBA WOMBA WOMBA WOMBA"). I couldn't move or make any sounds and I was scared shitless. I went in and out of it for a few seconds. |

I have a question too: When I meditated last night, I got pretty deep, I could rock and stuff and not wake up, and then I started doing this nervous-habit thingy with my fingers, where I tap like I'm playing the piano. I was just barely moving but it gave me this tingly feeling, and I started going numb and the tingling went all over... was that SP? |

Go Lucid: a poem (by Yamluver)
In the morning I try to remember the dream I had in which I was a member. The plot was twisted and topsy-turvy, I was a pirate, and I had scurvy. Then I reached up and plugged my nose and that was when I began to suppose I was dreaming, I was, all right. And it was really the middle of the night! I am up for adoption, to have more of these, so PM me, and help me please!
Nope, but you were getting close, or so it sounds. In full SP, you can't move at all. I mean, it is sleep paralysis, after all. It really lives up to its name. In full SP, you can't move at all. You are fully paralyzed. The auditory hallucinations are also very obvious. Trust me, once you fully go into SP, you'll know it. But, like I said, it sounds like you were close. |
