Hi, why not use some item from school you have with you even when you are at home. Then use it as a link to do reality checks when you find yourself in school. Use it as a dreamsign that links school and checks reguardless where you are. My guess is that it will trigger school dreams with your item and with enough practise you will remember to RC when you see the item.

how about whenever you think about school, do a RC. or use autosuggestion as you're falling asleep and think "if I see my school, i will do a RC"
I was in your same situation once and the autosuggestion worked for me
