      Need Some WILD Help Please.

Ok, So I have been able to produce 3 WILDS in the last two days. First let me say that the first time you experience SP it is quite intimidating and almost frightening, but stick with it and stay calm.

ALL of my WILDS thus far start with me waking up in bed during the night. I'm groggy and I do a reality check on the clock to confirm that I am dreaming, which I am at this point.

I remain calm while I get out of bed, telling myself to be like the fonz. I go downstairs and I decide I want to make it light outside and fly around like Spiderman so I grab the clock and pull the glass off of it and move the hands hoping it would accelerate time and make it light outside but it didn't and i was dissapointed.

Then the dream faded a little and I simply lost control and woke up soon after.

      Now my question(s) is this:

How do I gain more stabilty in my dreams, I try to touch things but I always get too excited and move rapidly and spiradically. I've also tried spinning but that makes me kinda dizzy in the dream to, or im afraid that it will make me dizzy.

I understand how to control my dreams by expectations, but sometimes it doesn't work and my dream starts to control me again, how do I get past this?

      Hi Toledous:
popular stability tips I've read: rub your hands together; you might try an affirmation, like "stability now" or "anchor dream now"

I've heard spinning works well. I've also heard you can command your dream to be more clear. If you seem to be getting excited and moving too quickly, trying moving slower, like you would when you just woke up.
This is the date of my first lucid: 3/6/2010
It took WAY TOO LONG - but was completely worth it.
