      LUCID FOREVER

once you achieve a lucid dream.

Is it easier to get em again?

Do you still have to do the crummy methods or they just come naturally over time?

Because I want to have a lucid dream!!!!....I'm doin the WBTB method...but IS IT POSSIBLE TO TRAIN YOUR SELF OVER TIME SO THAT YOU JUST GO TO SLEEP NORMALLY AND BECOME LUCID?!?!

I HAVEN't HAD ANY LUCID DREAMS...I HAVE DREAMS, REMEMBER EM AND ALL, BUT Don't become lucid...It's annoying...I want 1...

Maybe I'm putting too much stress on it...PEACE

Maybe its just that you're new to trying to have lucid dreams and need to build your dream recall and dream signs. And there are other methods you can try besides the WBTB method:

You will get a LD. And when you do it will be the first in a serie of many! The more you think about it and practice, like everything else, the better you will be at it and more natural it will come to you at night. It can take time, but its worth it, every Lucid dream second you experience

My first one I contribute to WBTB, but the second came about somewhat randomly. I was lying in bed after waking up in the middle of the night. Then I focued on LDing and fell back to sleep. After dreaming for a while, I suddenly became focused on a particular thing and inserted the never-ending question, "What would happen if I..." Well, I managed to exert a small amount of control over that section of the dream and ended up pulling myself into a full LD state. Unfortunately all the time I had was spent trying to maintain it. Still cool, tho.

I spent a good 3 weeks before I got my first LD. Don't stress. It'll come! If you notice yourself questioning reality at all in the dream, even if it doesn't spark lucidity, think of it as progress and work from there.

      1) it is absolutely possible to improve ur LDing.

2)over time you'll spend less time on methods and take advantage of different things (like dream signs and visual dream entry)

3)Right now I'm putting *very* little effort and get LDs almost every day, thanks to often recurring dreamsign.

4)you can *extend* ur LDs to hours, if you belive in it and use right techniques (like falling back to sleep, visual dream entry and void )

Unfortunately, it takes some time to master lucid dreaming. It takes both practice and theory...

I always know I'm dreaming so I'm always lucid. I just always seem to forget to tell myself I can do anything

After i had 5+ or so i could induce them in regular dreams, without a break in the REM period(regularly sleeping all night). I had one by an RC in a non-lucid dream. That was one of the strangest things i've expereienced in a dream. Of course i thought i was awake, and my RC failed. I did a few more and realized i was dreaming. Then a few other times it just seemed to come naturally to me that i was dreaming. I have also used WBTB and that works for me, as well as afternoon naps. Experiement a little bit, and it will come to you. It aslo does take a little time for the first one, but its worth it.
