I started making a little dayly training program for a while a go but it wasnt that advanced and i was not disiplined enough to get trough it either. But i would like to give it a extra shot. Should we make a dayly training program that can keep you focused on LD troughout the whole day? Maybe as a 30 days training program or something. Not to intensive. Adapted so it can work out for most people and make it doable. Another thing is that when more people is in on it its easier to press oneself to get self disiplin. Just like those Shaolin Munks in the east that dream walk more times a day than we manage to do in a whole year |
