      Sleeping enviroment

      Hey, was wonderring..
      would you reccomend a really quiet. with no lights or sound and comfortable temperature enviroment for a lucid dream.
      or
      maybe you need some connection to reallity so maybe you don`t need to be so deep in sleeping mode..?

      any thoughts on the subject?
      do you pay attention to your sleeping enviroments when trying to lucid?

      It varies on person, most likely, i find myself enjoying a quieter enviroment so when i'm lucid i don't hear a strong noise from waking life that will pull my attention away from the dream, thus loosing stability.
