Intresting. If I didn't toss and turn so much I'd try it, but wearing headphones and my habit of tossing and turning probably wouldn't be great. Plus I tend to sleep with one side of my head on the pillow and the earphones would bother me too much. |

Everyone knows what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, however, few are familiar with the North Vegas slogan: What happens in North Vegas will haunt your dreams forever.
I'll try it.. what kind of music do I use for lucid dreams? I've heard about this before (brainwave generator), people use it to calm their mind and for meditation, and for different purposes but I didn't know you could also use it while sleeping! |

There are many presets for brainwave for lucid dreaming on his website. Unfortunately, his web page got hit by mass spam attacks. Most of the presets take you from a waking state, to a sleeping state like this program sounds, then provides alpha spikes?(somebody correct me if I'm wrong) to wake your mind back up and lucid dream. I personally don't use binaural beats to sleep, but I do use it for meditation. I just can't sleep with headphones on my ears. I also sleep on my side as well, so headphones really bug me. I've heard of success, though, so if you can get to SP listening to this, I strongly suggest you check out Brainwave. There are many presets you can download. I would try some preset on the opensource one as well, just to see what happens(bwgen does require registration). I tried all these, but I just can't sleep with headphones. |

Actually is a theta session with Alpha spike to stimulate a thing called "REM"=Rapid eye movement wich is the basys of lucid dreaming. |

I've never heard that? I have Brainwave Mind Voyages Series I the Lucid Dreaming Version and it utilizes a trance induction via binaural beats and I believe it goes down into theta and I think that CD is a godsend for lucid dreaming in fact everyone should check it out! PM me for more details on this amazing Audio Induced Lucid Dreaming CD |

I tried this last night, and to my surprise I had no problem falling asleep with headphones and music on. And I didn't turn lucid, but I had 6 dreams! Normally I only remember 3 dreams. |

Dont abuze on tapes that are in the range of "theta" because this frequency brings bad emotions, childhood memories etc.So your body might get sick, feeling nauseas etc.So dont overdo the sessions...one session per day its ok. |

neat! I got a lucid dreaming preset for the brainwave generator and will try it tonight |

I would recomend SBaGen over Bwgen because it is free and easy to make more brainwave sets. |
