I've adapted the technique slightly, and I find it works much better. What I do is use the technique up until the point where I feel tingly and start to see a bit of HI. Then I let go and fall asleep. So really I used just used the technique to get to sleep faster. BUT, what will often happen is I will wake up about a half hour later. At this point, it is very easy to get to SP. |

if you feel you cant keep your mind awake, when your eyes are closed, before trying to uber-relax, try doing something that stimulates ur mind, and not body. for instance, work out a math problem. or sometimes what i do is remember everything that has happened to me in the past few days going backwards. that relaxes me too.. for example ill think- i just woke up to try to WBTB WILD. before that i was sleeping for about 6 hours. before that i was on dreamviews. before that i was coming home from the girls house. before that i was gettin some head. hahaha just a thought to try... |
