Every night i remeber anywhere from 2-4 dreams, and after awhile i began to see patterns in the dreams, similarities with the dreams and my everyday life. I decided at the end of each day to make a small list of the major events, or what i was thinking about the most recently. Then upon awakening i cross reference my dreams with my list of events. Nearly 70% of the time there are similarities, which were becoming more frequent.
After discovering this i began to think, how could this help me obtain lucidity on a more frequent basis? And i realised using the list i make each day i could try to remeber to do a reality check every time i see something on my list. So if i spent the whole day swimming or wakeboarding, when im about to go to sleep i repeat to myself water reality check! over and over, and before you know it im having a dream im driving a boat do a reality check and instant lucidity.
