Question need help with Daytime WILDing!

I work nights so i sleep during the day. I really want to induce some Lucid dreams because at the moment i am only gettin DILDs here and there. I have tried to WILD a few times but i just can't get anything to happen, the furthest i have got was I got a tingle in the tips of my fingers but that was probably just to do with circulation.
I Relax my body and breathing after making sure i have swallowed any excess saliva, I close my eyes almost all the way but keep them very slightly parted relaxing my focus far off, then I imagine the feeling of sinking and rising on my bed (without moving) this gets me to a point where i am only barely awake and i have to consciously stop myself drifting off. Nothing is happening so far, though once when i gave up and turned over my body felt really heavy. I use ear plugs just to stop distractions when I try to WILD as i can get to sleep very easily without them i also am getting blackout blinds which might help a bit.
Dunno why i wrote this now i have really, just to share and if anyone can give me advice or help then that would be appreciated.

if you'd like I have some audio tracks to help induce WILDs and if you follow what he says it should bring you right into a WILD. they are binaural beats and have worked very well for me. just pm me if you want em!

heres my advice. you can choose to try it or choose to ignore it, i dont really care. lol =p so when you are staying still, and dozing off, next time, try not to consciously STOP urself from drifting off. just kinda THINK to yourself -- im fallin asleep. this is chill. im gunna try to relax my body even more than it is right now. dont try to focus on magical sensations that are supposed to happen when you WILD. i've actually succesfully completed a WILD where i didnt even think i went into Sleep Paralysis. the key IS to let yourself drift off. just you need to still be attached to your mind a little bit. i like to think that i need to be the least conscious as possible, with still being conscious. dont try to be COMPLETELY aware....
