I am on alot of medicine to help me sleep, and it seems to be fucking with my dreams and ability to become lucid. has anyone else had this happen? any advice? |

Forget the B6, sicne you didnt even mention anything to do with wanting to make your dreams wild. But melatonin is the greatest "sleeping pill" you can take, is antural, non-toxic, and works really good. |

I mentioned B6 since you said that the other drugs were messing with your dreams. If you're already dependant on the other drugs to help you sleep, and there's no alternative for that, the B6 could increase the vividness of the dreams that you have, and maybe help give you more. Not sure it'd work, but could be worth a try |
