      Nap time

Hey guys I usually take naps so I was wondering what was the best way to go about getting an LD while attempting to nap. I'm quite a light sleeper and it takes me some time to actually "sleep." My mind is way too active generally to just go off, for some reason.

So considering that, and your experiences with it, what would you say is a good way to LD during "nap-time" ?
When I'm at the pearly gates, this'll be on my videotape. Mephistopheles is just beneath, and he's reaching up to grab me. This is one for the good days, and I have it all here in red, blue, green... You are my center when I spin away, out of control on videotape. This is my way of saying goodbye because I can't do it face to face, I'm talking to you before... No matter what happens now I shouldn't be afraid because i know today has been the most perfect day I've ever seen.

Have you ever had a WILD? Naps are a very good time for me to get into a WILD, I don't remember ever having one during my normal sleeping times.

apfire26 has a good point. A nap plus an active mind equals a good combination for WILDing. Check out the tutorial section for how to pull it off!
