yeah I think now the chasing thing is gone for good and lucid is coming much easier. I was grounded in my dream last night for a bit.. its the first lucid I recal being on foot since I taught myself how to fly. ahh well it was amazing.. the clarity of it.. it was perfect.

I get so excited about sleeping.. It's wrong haha

and Saul Williams is a lyrical genius saw him twice :]
In very many cases, the visionary quality, the quality of the vision so to say, spills over, into the external world, so that the experiencer, when he opens his eyes, sees the outer world transfigured...

Congrats! I've never had one last more than a couple of minutes myself.

What's the deal with touching the roof of your mouth? I must have missed that thread.

Thats how my lucid dreams would start too, flying to get away from someone or somthing, then I'd become lucid. All I focused on after that was flying, so I picked it up fairly quickly. Althogh I still often have problems controlling myself in flight. I think this website will greatly help me now, because I really knew nothing about lucid dreaming until a few days ago. Before joining here I was learning all on my own.

Three a week you say: are you actively trying for LD's or do they come naturally with very little effort.

I also see that you fly in non-lucid dreams, that is rare I guess (for me at least). I suppose that gives you a advantage is guessing whether it is a dream, or reality.

One hour you say, whats your secret?

Yeah about 3 a week now. They come naturally. I try to WILD every night as I go to bed at like 5am and normally pretty tired.. I reached SP twice and WILD once. Rest of the time I just pass out. I go to bed knowing I'm gonna have amazing dreams.. as I have since I can remember every night.
I kinda think to myself I have 90%chance I'm gonna get lucid tonight. It's like the more I do it.. the more it happens.. the more aware I'm getting.

With flying in almost every dream .. and getting lucid when I realize I'm flying.. I guess its pretty easy.

a couple weeks ago I would smoke cannabis as I would LD with that or even alcohol!

But yeah.. last night I had nothing.. well I had some coconut milk but the length and clarity of it... I remember thinking this is too good to last.. but it went on was amazing. Woke up early .. lay there running through it all.. got up and wrote about it as I do everyday.

I was shocked myself at the length of it.

I will be having more coconut milk tonight

The Enterer I read it somewhere on here the other day. To make you stay lucid and not wake. Spinning around didn't work and rubbing my hands didn't but touching roof of my mouth.. maybe that's what made it last an hour!! LOL

lmao, that's amazing. i gotta get me some coconut milk!
i just started using B6 and Choline, and the vividness has definitely increased. although if you take Choline too early it gives you insomnia, so i'm going to take it during WBTB.
