I was lucid 2/3 times so far. Although, more than once in one night. Taken during a WBTB.

The dreams were very weird, consistent, vivid. Certainly different than normal.

is it safe to take that all the time?

Yeah, don't do it every night. Try it once a week at the most. All the dosages are safe at that level, and there are no interactions. But you should check it out yourself, and consult your doctor, just in case.
