Is this a breathing disorder?

Whenever I got to sleep, I notice that I can only breath through one nostril. I think that this happens during the day too, but then I breath through my mouth a little too.

There might be an obstruction in your nose, like maybe some of the bone didn't grow ideally. You can buy a little thingie that holds open your nostrils a bit wider, to use at night.

That's what would make sense, but I just recently realized that the side that I can breathe through changes about month by month. But I'll probably buy one of those things

The breathing can be simply blockage up there =P But everyone's "breathing nostril" changes roughly every 20mins - 1hour, dont ask me why but its another random science fact for you. I just checked which nostril im breathing out of (the left one for those of you who REALLY wana know that juicy piece of gossip... and im pretty sure its changed a good few time anyway

1. you're clogged up there or 2. I read somewhere that your respiratory system typically works off one primary nostril at a time unless you're really working it. so it may just be normal.
