Hi, I'm Wesley Gray. I'm new around here. Though I've made a few attempts at lucid dreaming, none were too serious or prepared. I have started dream journalling and my recall is pretty good. I'm trying to formulate a plan for every night. Since I'm a beginner I am thinking about using WBTB with MILD to bring success. I was hoping you could look over my plan and offer suggestions, comments, and/or inspiration for a beginner like me.

1. Go to be at midnight. Use MILD.
2. Wake up at 5:30.
3. Read materials about lucid dreaming, and watch a video on lucidity. Write down any dreams I might have.
4. Go back to bed. Use MILD.
5. Set an "alarm" for 7:00 on my cell phone that quietly plays "you are dreaming", so I won't wake up, but it might help me get dreaming.
6. Lucidity?
