      I am completely frustrated!

I became lucid all of a sudden, and I didn't even try hard. It just came quite unexpectedly, probably because these days, I am trying to be conscious during the waking state as well. So while asleep, I felt the urge to do RC, and realize instantly that I was dreaming.

The peculiar thing was, Is it lucid dreaming or OBE? Because this 'dream' was my lying down in bed, and seeing something bizarre, on which I do RC and realize it's a dream. Once I realize it's a dream, I get out of bed, while the body remains in bed. I rub my hands so my dream would last. Then I tried spinning my body to change location. Nothing happened, and the dream faded.

I became so frustrated, because this is the second time it's happened, and I blew it. It's not easy for me to do LD, so when the chance comes, I have to grab it.

That was a lucid dream. It's not uncommon to dream that you're in bed.

I hope you will have more soon!

But I wasn't able to control the dream. All I could do was rub my fingers to prolong the dream. Then I started spinning, because they say that changes location. But no luck.

It is possible to have a lucid dream and not have control. It can happen to anyone, especially to those who are new to it.
