There are numerous WILD techniques out there, the technique I use (and have great success with) is using visualization and imagining movements. As I sink into hypnagogia, I visualize what I want to dream, say a forest (which I tend to do). As I form this mental image in my head, it turns into HI, then into a dream. I also often visualize looking at my hands. I can also imagine myself doing something like walking, or flying. Eventually, I start feeling myself actually doing these movements, as the dream scene forms around me. |
