Last night I decided to attempt WILD focussing on my breathing. I suddenly could focus very well on it and was totally relaxed within a short time maybe a couple of minutes. I was on my back when SP set in. I felt the urge to Roll over onto my side so I did. I felt my legs felt crampy and stiff like they do after awakening in the morning from a deep sleep. I put some music on softly one floor below and I heard it while I was getting closer to sleep. |
