Ive had times where i have been sleeping on the floor w/ my hands under my chest. I wake up to a terrible feeling. I want to move my hands from out under me (im 230lbs so it hurts sometimes) but i cant see to fully wake up to move myself until i feel like im lifting 1000lbs and then i finally click and wake up and move.......
What is this?????
