      Problem with WILD lately

This morning when I got home from work I ate breakfast. Then I lie down in bed to start my WILD. This is the best time for me because I don't have to worry about my wife or my daughter, they are at work and daycare. I'm usually successful 50% of the time when I WILD this way.
This morning I begain to WILD after 15 minutes or so but noticed that I could not see much of the time, it was like I would just all of a sudden go blind. I could start rubbing my hands and feeling the things around me which helped ground me a little better but I still couldn't see. Also much of the time that I could see, was like being drunk. I'd stumble around and couldn't really control myself too well.
I've been having problems like this lately. The time before I became lucid from a WILD, which was a few days ago, I could not control my flying well at all. Then when I just wanted to walk, I could barely keep myself on the ground. Its like I was in an uncontroled float. In this case I tried spinning for the first time but it didn't really work, I was still getting pulled away by somthing.
My latest 2 WILDs now have been very frustrating. Any tips that may help would be cool. Thanks.

Wow, no tips or any sort of help.

I'll answer my own question then.

apfire26, you need to relaxe more within the dream and maybe not try so hard.
Also, don't get so discouraged when a few lucids don't go as well as you'd like, just be happy that you can become lucid.

Umm. I suggest taking a couple of days from WILDing.
